Once you start using YourChat services, it means you have completely read and accepted all terms of this agreement, and you have become a user of YourChat. If you have any questions about this agreement, you should consult with YourChat. Only when you fully agree to all conditions of this agreement, can you become a user of YourChat and obtain corresponding services. Your act of clicking to agree to this agreement indicates that you have read and agree to the entire content of this agreement.
YourChat is a software application that provides users with access to Large Language Model (LLM) services. To use YourChat services, you should choose and access the LLM service yourself. During your use, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to laws and regulations about data use and privacy.
As a user, you guarantee that your actions during the use of YourChat comply with the laws, regulations, rules, ordinances and other normative documents of the state, and do not engage in any illegal actions or actions that violate this agreement. You have the relevant copyright for the information you post, and the content you post will not infringe on the rights of others.
YourChat has the right at any time, for any reason, to terminate or suspend any user’s access to or use of YourChat without notice.
All services provided by YourChat to users are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. YourChat does not provide any express, implied, statutory or any other form of warranty (including but not limited to merchantability, applicability for a particular purpose, data accuracy, and non-infringement of other’s rights).
We may update, modify YourChat, or stop providing a service at any time without prior notice to users. You accept YourChat’s right to change, interrupt, or terminate all or part of the services for any reason at any time.
YourChat has the right to modify the service terms when necessary. Once the service terms change, we will prompt the changes on key pages. If you do not agree with the changes, you can stop using YourChat voluntarily. If you continue to use YourChat, it is deemed that you accept the changes to the service terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time. The new terms of use will be published at https://yourchat.app/terms-of-use/. These terms of use and any operational rules and policies we publish constitute the complete agreement between you and us regarding the use of YourChat.
